Totally turn off by the poster when it hit the public media. On my mind, I just laughed it off, thinking that it's going to be some lame movie again. I seriously thought nothing of it. Until when the screening of this movie starts, reviews started flowing in, from media, from word of mouth and even online, and in fact, they are all good reviews.
Harped by these good reviews, both of us went to check it out. Indeed, it didn't disappoint. The elements of touching moments and humorous scenes proved critics right. More importantly, Franco did a great job being a caretaker of what thought to be 'just another ape'.
Frankly speaking, both of us are already waiting for the sequel..Ohh...can't wait!
